上班族装病翘班多 你职场倦怠了吗
上班族，1000个请假的理由中，“生病”可能是使用频率最多的一个。前段时间，据英国路透社报道，全球最大的劳动力管理解决方案提供商克罗诺思公司调查称，七成中国人承认有过“装病翘班”的行为，位居全球之首。这个数据在白领中引起一片哗然。在本报写字楼QQ群里，当记者询问“你装病翘班过吗”，好多群员在群里不说话，但发来了私信，一开头多数是“偷笑”的表情，然后跟一句：原来这么多人都装病过。
随机小调查：46%的白领曾装病翘班
记者在QQ群里，对100位在线群员随机提问，一共有66位群员回答了问题，其中承认自己曾经装病翘班的白领为31人，占46%。
装病理由中，感冒成为装病的首选，成为45%的白领翘班理由；其次是25%的人选择了肚子疼；牙疼和头疼成了5%的装病理由；25%的装病理由为其他。至于一次装病时间有多长，80%只装一天病；而10%装病时间为一星期；3%装病时间超过一个月；令人奇怪的是，装病两三天的人只有6%。而装病的实际原因中，所占比例最高的是当天有私事，占了57%，事假不好请或者扣钱比较多，所以大家都开病假条；27%是工作压力大，想休息一天喘口气，轻松一下；9%的人是去找其他工作了，需要时间面试，请病假就成了最好的借口；对公司一些政策不满，因此变相“罢工抗议”的人占了6%。
装病的第一选择：肚子疼、拉肚子、感冒发烧
通过30多位HR(人力资源)的经验总结，如果只有一天的小“病假”，肚子疼或者拉肚子是最受欢迎的请假理由，如果2~3天“病假”，用感冒发烧作为理由的人更多一些。“我见过各种各样的病假理由，自己也请过各种病假。”在一家公司做设计的小帅哥Mike一口气列出了许多种请假理由，“比如牙疼、头疼、眼睛流眼泪没法看电脑、感冒、脚崴了、韧带拉伤、颈椎病、肩膀疼……”Mike说，不是他想请病假，而是单位的制度比较苛刻，经常剥夺双休，老板还经常把开会和培训时间安排在周末。“同事会轮流用病假条，还会讨论生病理由，怎样看起来更合理，以及怎样装病能从不认识的医生那里要来病假条，就是为了逃避一些可有可无的加班。”

长期装病，老板很愤怒
