出这个题目，是为了适应语文必修三教材“写作，也是对话”的教学，看学生对“对话必须真诚”的写作观的反应，并非是学校真的不放清明假，而是故意刺激下他们，看看如果他们盼望已久的清明节不休息的话，他们怎么反应，有什么意见。我预设了几种情况：一是学校不放假，学生不休息；二是学校放假，学生能休息，但家长不允许他们休息，逼着他们学习，赶着他们补课；三是学校也放假，家长也希望孩子放松调整下，但学生自己不愿意休息，学习、劳动或参加社会实践感受传统文化，在清明祭祖中体会感恩等。当然，不休息，不仅限于身体上的，也可以是精神方面的。

作文批改结束后，我却陷入了思考：写作文追求真诚、真情，是必要的，但真诚、真情不等于粗俗、粗鄙，也需要讲雕饰、求技巧。写作既然是对话，就需要注意对方的接受心理，根据对方选择适合的方式、技巧来表达，真诚、真情是写作的基础，然后在此基础上要构思、剪裁，这里的剪裁、构思并不是粉饰，也不是造假，而是润色！并非所有的真就是好的，真要真得“得体”，真得恰到好处。
那些少数对“清明不休息”先牢骚、抱怨，后表示理解的作文，显然比一味牢骚、责怪的文章好。他们理解“清明不休息”的原因也非常朴实，有的想到了农村孩子的竞争劣势，考试还相对公平；有的想到社会竞争的压力，不靠勤补拙怎么能先人一步；有的想到社会的不公平，少有情事能全由自己的个性、情绪决定，退一步海阔天空；有的想到辛勤劳累的父母，平时辛苦上班周末还小心地照料自己，他们周末何尝不想休息！这就合理地写出了自己态度的变化，或对比铺垫，或类比感悟，总之，有了技巧的融入，真诚的作文，流露的真情，更易被接受，更易打动人！
