30例原发性高血压患者，均来自本院内科门诊。男19例，女11例；年龄61.2±10.7岁；病程5.17±2.26年。根据1999年WHO/ISH高血压诊断标准，经2次以上门诊，血压水平为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，有3个以下危险因素，或仅伴有靶器官轻度受损者，可纳入本研究。排除冠心病、心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、心功能不全、急性脑卒中、糖尿病、肾功能不全伴高血压者。

2 治疗方法

取穴：白环俞。

操作：针刺手法为平补平泻，得气后快速捻转1分钟，留针20分钟，每日早8点～10点，晚4点～6点各治疗1次，连续1周。

针刺进行中1周内患者可以保持日常活动规律，停止剧烈活动。

3 疗效观察

3.1 疗效标准

降压疗效根据卫生部颁发的《药物临床研究指导原则》疗效标准。显效：舒张压下降10mmHg以上，并降至正常，或下降20mmHg以上；有效：舒张压下降10～19mmHg或下降虽未达10mmHg，但已降至正常；无效：血压下降未到有效标准。

3.2 动态血压监测

对患者分别于治疗前24小时，治疗当天及治疗后7天进行3次动态血压监测。使用美国产MO-BIL-O-GRAPH24小时动态血压监测仪，间隔30分钟自动测量1次血压及心率。设定早6点～晚22点为白昼时间，晚22点到次日早6点为夜间。以白昼血压大于收缩压(SBP)140mmHg，舒张压(DBP)90mmHg的次数占白昼全部测定次数的百分比为白昼血压负荷(%)，夜间血压大于SBP125mmHg、DBP80mmHg的次数占夜间全部测定次数的百分比为夜间血压负荷(%)。以1天治疗前血压下降值(谷)，除以治疗后血压最大下降值(峰)即为谷/峰(T/P)。各组数据间比较用两样本均数显著性检验。

3.3 结果

(1)治疗1周后，30例患者中，显效9例，占30.0%；有效12例，占40.0%；无效9例，占30.0%。总有效率70.0%。

(2)针刺白环俞后当天及第7天患者24小时平均血压、白昼(d)血压和夜间(n)血压，白昼血压负荷和夜间血压负荷都有明显下降(P50%，详见表1。

(3)30例高血压患者中，有血压昼夜节律变化的(杓型高血压)21例，昼夜节律减弱或消失的(非杓型高血压)9例。针刺白环俞可以使非杓型高血压患者夜间血压(mmHg)SBP从140.2±7.5降至118.4±10.7，DBP从75.6±5.9降至71.7±7.1，P

当前，英语翻译备受重视，英语四六级考试、考研试题中都增加了汉译英和英译汉的环节，开始重视各个阶段学生翻译能力的培养。但这些题目的分值较低，无法调动学生的积极性，引起学生的高度重视。当前高校英语教材中没有讲解专门的翻译技巧和方法，教师在英语教学中不重视对学生翻译能力的培养，学生缺乏系统的训练，平时考试只是临时抱佛脚，导致学生在翻译中失分较多，学生翻译能力低下。这就要求教师在教学过程中必须结合基本的理论知识和翻译技巧，对学生进行翻译能力的专业培养，加强学生在课堂中的翻译训练，不断提高学生的翻译能力和素质。

三、词类转换技巧的应用

在翻译过程中，一般分为两大类，一类是汉语翻译为英语，另一类是英语翻译成汉语，但无论是汉译英还是英译汉，都必须重视不同词性在不同语境下的转化，必须考虑汉语和英语的表达习惯和句子结构的完整性。

1.汉译英的词类转换

英语和汉语由于语言产生的文化背景不同，在语法结构和词汇用法上有很多差别，因此在英语翻译中很多谓语动词有很多时态和语态的变化，还有很多名词活用为动词的情况。而且在汉语中，一般会使用动词来描述动作，但英语中只能有一个谓语动词，所以就会出现名词动用的情况，这时就会出现相互之间的词性的转化。所以在翻译过程中，不仅要了解词汇的含义，还必须考虑英语的表达习惯，有时为了翻译的顺畅和语境的需要，必须在翻译的过程中转换词性。

（1）动词转化为名词

汉语中一个长句子中可能会出现多个动词，但英语中无论长句和短句都只允许出现一个谓语动词，所以汉译英时常常需要把汉语里的动词转化成英语里的名词，使翻译更加流畅、通顺。例如：His drawing of children is exceptionally good.必须把画画draw转换为动名词形式。

（2）动词转化为介词短语

在汉语中介词的运用只起到修饰作用，使用频率低。而在英语中，介词使用的概率比较大，很多介词是由动词词性演变而来，他们既可以单独使用，也可以与动词搭配成介词短语。所以在汉译英时，必须注意把动词翻译成介词。

（3）汉语动词转化为英语形容词

汉语表达中习惯用动词来表达情感和状态，但在汉译英中，必须把这些动词转换为形容词，通常采用“be+形容词”的方式来表达。例如：It is the first time for me to be away from home，so I am homesick very much.（这是我第一次离开家，所以现在我非常想家）。

2.英译汉的词类转换

（1）英语的动词转换为汉语的名词

英语中有很多动词是由名词派生而来的，在翻译成汉语时无法找到相对应的动词，这时可以借助词类转换把它变为名词。例如：As the wedding progressed，it would symbolize their love。随着婚礼的进行，它成了他们爱情的象征。该句当中原本象征是一个动词，必须把它还原为名词。

（2）英语的名词、形容词转换为汉语的动词

英语中通常用形容词来表示态度和情感的变化，这些词如果在句子中作表语，必须要转换为动词。

（3）英语中的名词与形容词的转换
