一、引导学生重视书写,让整洁美观的卷面给人带去美的享受

新《义务教育语文课程标准》指出学生在“识字与写字”方面的阶段目标是“在使用硬笔熟练地书写正楷字的基础上,学写规范、通行的行楷字”,“临摹名家书法,体会书法的审美价值”。整洁美观的书写,不仅是衡量一个学生语文素养的重要标志之一,也会给阅卷老师留下美好的第一印象。这美好的第一印象,无形之中会给我们学生卷面增“分”不少。

因此对每个周末的生活化语文作业,我都把书写纳为评价的一个重要指标。首先,我要求人人有一本钢笔字帖,每个学生每周都要练习一页,内容可以是古诗词,也可以是摘抄流行歌曲、现代诗歌等。其次,我在阅读素材积累和作文练笔两大模块中,就书写专门设计一项评分,并占有一定的权重。

这种对学生书写的严格要求和评价,还是很见效的。坚持了两个多月后,学生都有自觉练写字的意识,在我校的“十载书香,步步莲华”硬笔书法大赛中,我实验的两个班的6名参赛选手全部获奖。这说明实践前后,效果还是有区别的。

二、指导学生专题阅读,让“悦读”分享成为学生周末交流的主题

新《义务教育语文课程标准》要求学生“学会制订自己的阅读计划,广泛阅读各种类型的读物,课外阅读总量不少于260万字”。 叶圣陶先生告诉我们:“阅读是写作的基础。如果没有成功的阅读为前提,那么,作文教学就会出现精神上和语言上的断流。”要实现学生广泛的阅读量,光靠课堂40分钟是不现实的。所以周末两天的课外阅读就显得尤其重要。但是,在互联网的社会,微博、QQ聊天、游戏、连续剧……太多的干扰和诱惑,如何才能让学生静下心来,阅读文字,感受语言无可取代的魅力呢?我想到了“同伴教育”。

新《义务教育语文课程标准》指出,学生应“对课文的内容和表达有自己的心得,能提出自己的看法,并能运用合作的方式,共同探讨、分析、解决疑难问题”。一个人阅读很难坚持,一群人阅读并交流阅读心得,这就成了一件有趣的事情。每个周末,我试图摈弃一些书面习题资料,而去引导学生进行一次“悦读”之旅。具体来说,就是在日常教学中有意给学生介绍一些作家作品,然后借助我的博客“云朵朵”这个平台,让学生周末在线阅读,并互相留言交流分享自己的阅读心得感悟。从9月入学以来,我们一起进行过的“名家作品赏析”包括张丽钧、迟子建、林清玄、周国平、史铁生、肖复兴、凹凸等。“用一种思想交换另一种思想,每个人就多了一种思想”,在文本对话与交流的过程中,学生对作家的语言风格和艺术审美有了自己更多的体验和感悟,跟帖留言使得他们的语言表达也更流畅了。学生的阅读积极性得以提高,作文的兴趣也会随之增强。

当然,仅仅只停留在“悦读”层面还是不够的。对于初三学生来说,中考的压力是无可回避的。广泛阅读,就是要让学生在中考场上面对任何作品的阅读毫无障碍,得心应手。于是,在周末语文作业的阅读过程中,我引导学生自己根据中考考点来出题,“如果我是一个出中考试题的老师,我们可就这篇作品从哪些方面来考察我们自己”,这样的换位思考和练习,常常让我们出题的“老师”和答题的学生刺激而兴奋。“云朵朵”平台的点击率现在已经突破17万了,这与他们热情高涨的参与热情是分不开的。

三、引入生活的源头活水,让学生的作文更有个性和灵气

新《义务教育语文课程标准》在要求学生写作文“要多角度观察生活,发现生活的丰富多彩,能抓住事物特征……表达力求有创意”。但是我们很多教初三的老师发现,初三学生作文中存在的问题相当突出,写出来的东西大多有一个固定的模式和套子,无论什么文体,几十个人都差不多,有时连语调都一致,完全没有个性,形成一种学生作文个性缺失的现状。

那么,学生作文个性缺失的原因何在呢?我认为有学生的主体原因,也有教师的主导原因。学生的主体原因在于,学生远离生活,作文言之无物,内容空洞。特别是对于我们这样封闭式管理的寄宿学校来说,学生因为远离生活,就很少能够直面生活中的真善美、假恶丑,难以汲取拓展精神家园的丰富营养。缺少了自己的感悟,作文时不是从自己对生活的积淀和感悟出发,而是以资料取代生活材料,以现成理论取代独立思考,或胡编乱造,或寻章摘句。久而久之,学生的“自我”没有了,这样的文章必然没有真情实感,又谈何个性呢?

学生作文个性化缺失的主导原因在教师。在作文教学中,教师往往忽视作文的主体是学生自我,对写作的内容和方法限制得过于死板。教师在教学中主要是依自己的方式训练学生作文,以自己的责任和权威,压抑学生的主体性,强迫学生按照一定的方式、一定的标准去写作;而学生也只能奉命而作,依葫芦画瓢,不敢越雷池半步。长此以往,学生思维受束缚,个性受限制,作文了无生气。

要走出初中作文教学的这种困境,让学生的作文更有个性和灵气,教师首先要转变观念,树立大作文教学观。同时,教师在作文教学时要结合当今社会现象,从学生生活实际出发,尊重学生个性,开拓创新,大胆设计各种作文训练形式来进行作文教学,让学生有话可说,有情可抒。

其次,教师应采用多种手段和方法来以评促写,培养学生写作兴趣,提高学生写作水平。

新《义务教育语文课程标准》强调重视“对写作材料准备过程的评价”。基于此,我在“生活化语文周末作业”作文这一块,很少讲作文应试的技巧,更多时候都在引导学生关注社会和时事热点,思考这些现象与语文的关联,然后把自己内心的思考、感悟、困惑与迷茫写下来。我常常跟我的学生讲:我不求他们周末的作文写得多有意义,但是我期待他们在真心表达自我的同时,写一些真正有意思的东西。在布置他们的周末练笔时,我提出“三不”原则:不限体裁,不限字数,不限角度。并积极倡导“三好”文章:情感真挚,文采斐然,视角独特。

取下镣铐来跳舞,舞姿自然曼妙多姿。看完湖南卫视的“2011年快乐女声”后,很多学生写出了自己真性情的佳篇妙作,苏妙玲的淡定、洪辰的爆发力、段林希的感恩、杨洋无惧流言的从容微笑,散文、随笔、评论、诗歌,百家争鸣,百花齐放,真是让人大开眼界。特别是朱学彬同学写了一首《偶遇,天使的那抹红――写给快女杨洋》的诗,一经在平台上交流,他立即被同学们赞誉为“朱才子”。我及时推荐,将此诗发表在《长安报》上。我想,这样积极的作文教学,对一个学生来说影响是终身的。

“小悦悦”事件发生后,我让学生以这个事件为原点,找一个恰当的角度表达自己的看法,有学生写诗《天堂里没有车来车往》,情真意切,感人肺腑;有学生编故事《不变的是人间温情》,说小悦悦被上帝牵着手,重新回人间旅行,目睹另一番情景,讽刺社会冷漠,呼唤人间真情;有学生写随笔《一朵美丽的浪花》,说清洁工人的举动,恰如一朵美丽的浪花,折射出自我内心的冷漠和自私……这样的例子还有很多很多,无论是哪一个周末的语文作文训练,我始终坚信学生是作文的主人,坚持作文一定是以学生为主体,尊重学生个性,充分发挥学生的主动性和创造性,培养他们的写作兴趣,确保他们写作水平的提高。

经过一年的实践和体验,我感觉我任教的两个班的学生身上开始呈现出一些特质:首先,他们重视书写习惯,卷面整洁。其次,绝大部分学生喜欢语文课,在语文课表现活跃。他们爱看课外书刊,对时事热点很关注,并有积累和感悟的习惯,班上每周一次的“阅读交流会”从来不会冷场。今年中考关于“毒胶囊”的实用性文体阅读,我的学生大呼“亲切”,原因就在于我们就这个社会热点话题做过一期的专题阅读。读是写的前提,写是读的落实,读写统一后,他们不惧怕作文,甚至很期待很享受作文指导课和互评课,打破了常说的“中学生怕作文”的咒语。在实践的初三一年中,有1人获镇现场作文竞赛特等奖,1人获市里现场作文比赛三等奖,有4人作品发表在报纸上,10人作品被选入校刊,全体同学自愿参加了“广青网”的省作文竞赛。每个班(48人)至少有2/3的同学已经体验过至少一次作文在班上张贴或在博客发表的成功喜悦。他们在繁重的中考任务之余,还积极参与学校的书画比赛、动漫设计大赛和演讲比赛等活动,树立了“大语文”观念,表现出积极向上的精神风貌。

但是,在实践的过程中,我也遇到了很多困惑和困难。先前在原来实验的班级连续跟踪了两年,但是,初三分班后,我的实验只能从现有的学生着手,重新开始。这些学生基础参差不齐,习惯良莠各异,又有中考压力的冲击,要重新树立他们新的生活化周末语文作业观念,真的不是一件容易的事。很多调皮的学生让他回去关注某个新闻,观看某个电视节目或者上博客阅读某个作家作品,他就认为是没有作业,或者打着做语文作业的幌子,趁机看电视或者上网玩游戏。最后的结果是,学生的“生活化语文周末作业”观念没有形成,倒是很多家长开始抱怨孩子在家难以管教,沉迷网络。最让我忐忑的是,中考成绩还没有出来,我不知道自己执著实验的两个班级能否在考试成绩方面有优势。毕竟在中考这指挥棒下,分数才是硬道理啊!

经过一年的实验,我感觉要在中考应试的压力下,进行一些非教学常态的改革和行动研究,真的不是一件容易的事,这需要勇气,更需要智慧。
