The International Journal of Social Work is an authoritative journal aimed at promoting academic exchange and cooperation in the global field of social work. It focuses on the international development trends, theoretical innovations, practical cases, and policy research of social work, aiming to build a cross-border knowledge sharing platform. This magazine is sponsored by the International Federation of Schools of Social Work (or similar international organizations) and has a wide international influence, attracting the attention and submissions of scholars, practitioners, and policy makers from around the world.

Since its inception, the International Journal of Social Work has always adhered to the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and innovation, and is committed to promoting the globalization of social work. It not only focuses on the current development status and challenges of social work in different countries and regions, but also deeply explores the role and contribution of social work in promoting social change, enhancing human well-being, and maintaining social justice. At the same time, the magazine actively promotes interdisciplinary communication, combining the theory and practice of social work with related disciplines such as psychology, sociology, and economics to provide more comprehensive and in-depth analysis and insights.
