Religious Education SCIE

Religious Education is an inclusive academic journal that provides a platform for exchange and discussion among scholars, educators and practitioners of different faith backgrounds. The journal is particularly concerned with religious identity, religious formation, and the role and impact of religious education in diverse social contexts.

The journal focuses on the practice of religious education in local faith communities, including the educational activities of different denominations or religious groups at the local, regional, national and international levels. It explores how religious groups conduct religious education through their internal mechanisms and interactions with other groups, and how these activities shape an individual's religious identity and faith practice. Focus on the role of religious education in the public sphere, including how it promotes the common good, interfaith dialogue, and global community building. It discusses how religious education can help build interfaith understanding and respect, and how education can be used to address social issues and promote global citizenship.
