Victorian Poetry SCIE

Victorian Poetry magazine is dedicated to exploring in depth the poetry of the Victorian era, a period of literature not only of artistic importance, but also of profound cultural and historical influence. The journal encourages the study and analysis of Victorian poetry from a variety of theoretical and critical perspectives, including but not limited to new historicism, feminism, and social and cultural issues.

Through this multi-dimensional academic perspective, the journal aims to reveal the complexity and diversity of Victorian poetry. The New Historicist perspective emphasizes the interaction of literary works with their historical contexts, helping readers to understand how poetry reflects and shapes the social realities of Victorian times. Feminist criticism focuses on the image of women and gender issues in poetry, exploring the status and role of Victorian women and how they expressed their voices and opinions in poetry.
