Revista De Derecho Privado SCIE

Revista de Derecho Privato is a semi annual academic journal published by Externado University in Colombia, and has been in circulation since 1998. This journal collects research, survey results, and articles from domestic and foreign university professors and legal scholars, which are of great significance to the legal community. It focuses on the field of private law, with a particular emphasis on its development within the traditional Roman legal framework, to reveal comparisons and similarities between the legal systems of Latin America and Europe, and to consider necessary confrontations with the so-called Anglo American legal system. This journal aims to encourage debate within the field of legal science, promote dialogue between different legal sources, and has international applications due to its approach to problem-solving from a comparative law perspective. Its goal is to facilitate debate among scholars in different fields.
