Toxicology Analytique et Clinique is an internationally peer-reviewed journal focused on analysis and clinical toxicology. The journal, originally named "Annales de Toxicology Analysis," mainly publishes toxicology research related to clinical, forensic, environmental, occupational medicine, stimulants, addiction, alternative matrices, and quality assurance. In addition, the journal also considers research content on regulations and legislation.

The journal covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to original articles, review articles (which may be recommended by the editorial board), short articles (aimed at innovative results and supported by scientific interests for rapid publication), laboratory notes, editorial letters, letters regarding published articles, editorials on current topics of interest, scientific book reviews, conference reports, and minutes, particularly conferences of the French Society of Analytical Toxicology and the Society of Clinical Toxicology.
